City Vaper sells vapour products only to customers who are legally permitted to purchase them.

You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase vapour products in British Columbia. City Vaper reserves the right to request valid government-issued photo identification to confirm your age. Acceptable identification may include a driver’s licence, passport, or government-issued photo identification card.

Age verification during checkout and delivery

By placing an order through City Vaper, you confirm that:

• You are at least 19 years old.
• The information provided during checkout is accurate.
• You are purchasing the products for yourself or another person who is legally permitted to receive them.
• You will provide valid identification when requested.

For online orders, age verification may be required during checkout, before an order is processed, and when the order is delivered. The person receiving the order may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification. Orders must not be accepted by anyone under the legal purchasing age.

Health Canada expects online vaping retailers to prevent youth access, including through identity and age verification. Online vaping promotions must also be restricted so they cannot be seen or heard by young persons.

Failed age verification

City Vaper may cancel, delay, or refuse an order when:

• The customer cannot provide satisfactory proof of age.
• The information provided cannot be verified.
• The person receiving the delivery appears to be underage.
• The identification is expired, damaged, altered, or does not match the order information.
• We reasonably suspect that the products are being purchased for or supplied to a minor.

Any refund resulting from a failed age-verification check may be subject to applicable shipping, handling, or payment-processing charges.

No sales to minors

It is illegal to sell or provide vapour products to anyone under 19 years of age in British Columbia. City Vaper does not knowingly sell or deliver vapour products to minors.

Website access

This website is intended only for adults of legal purchasing age. By entering and using this website, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement applicable in your province or territory.

A simple “Yes, I am 19+” button should not be treated as the only verification method. The store should also use an appropriate age and identity verification process for visitors, checkout, and delivery.
