15. Fraud and Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks, false non-delivery claims, unauthorized use of payment information or abuse of dispute procedures may result in:

Cancellation of pending orders

Recovery of amounts lawfully owed
Submission of relevant information to payment providers
Reporting to appropriate authorities where legally permitted

This section does not prevent you from exercising legitimate rights through your card issuer, financial institution or applicable consumer-protection process.

16. Order Changes and Customer Cancellations

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been submitted because processing may begin immediately.

Once an order has been packed, handed to a carrier or otherwise entered fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where cancellation is not available, the order may be subject to our Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy.

Nothing in this section restricts any statutory cancellation right available under applicable law.

17. Shipping and Delivery

A carrier or delivery representative may require valid government-issued photo identification and an adult signature.

The name or age information on the identification may need to match the customer, recipient or order information.

Delivery may be refused when:

No eligible adult is available
Identification cannot be presented
Identification appears invalid
The recipient is below the legal age
The carrier cannot safely complete delivery
Applicable delivery requirements are not met

Additional shipping or return charges may apply when a package is returned because the customer or recipient failed age verification, except where prohibited by law.

A person who meets the age requirement must not accept a package on behalf of a minor.

19. Shipping Restrictions

We may restrict or refuse shipping to:

20. Missed, Refused and Returned Deliveries

When a shipment cannot be delivered, the carrier may:

Hold the package for pickup

Return the package to City Vaper

Refusal by the recipient
Failure to collect the package

we may deduct reasonable original and return-shipping costs from a refund where allowed by law and disclosed in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Orders containing opened, damaged, expired or legally non-resalable products may not qualify for a full refund.

21. Delivery Problems

Contact City Vaper promptly if:

Tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be found
The shipment is delayed beyond the expected period
The package arrives damaged
Items are missing
You receive the wrong product

Packing materials
Photographs or videos of the condition

We may need these materials to investigate the issue with the carrier or supplier.

A carrier’s “delivered” scan is not automatically the final outcome of an investigation. We will review available tracking information and other relevant evidence.

22. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Because vapour products may involve health, hygiene, safety and regulatory concerns, some products may be non-returnable after opening or use.

Non-returnable products may include:

Used pods
Used coils
Used tanks or mouthpieces
Products with broken hygiene seals
Products damaged through misuse
Items that cannot legally or safely be resold

This does not affect remedies available for:

Incorrect items
Products damaged before delivery
Verified manufacturing defects
Misrepresented products
Rights that cannot legally be excluded

Do not mail a return until City Vaper provides return instructions or authorization.

23. Product Warranty

Some devices and accessories may be covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Keep batteries away from metal objects

Dispose of batteries through an appropriate recycling program

City Vaper is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper charging or failure to follow safety instructions, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

25. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupons, discounts, rewards and free-shipping offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions cannot be combined
Codes have no cash value
Codes cannot be exchanged for cash
Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed
